Refund policy

Nature of Goods: 1-of-1 All stct8r arcade sticks are 1-of-1, hand-crafted functional art pieces. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not offer exchanges or replacements, simply because a replacement does not exist.

All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse." Please review all photos, button layouts, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

The stct8r Warranty (Repairs Only) While we cannot replace a unique chassis, we stand by the functionality of our builds. Every stick comes with a 6-month limited warranty on the internal electronics.

  • Coverage: If your wiring disconnects or the PCB fails under normal use, we will repair it for free.

  • Process: Since we cannot swap the unit, you will need to ship the stick back to our workshop for repair. We will cover return shipping back to you.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear on consumables (buttons/levers), cosmetic damage, or negligence.

  • Modding: Opening the case to swap buttons is encouraged and does not void your warranty, provided you do not damage the PCB or wiring.

Damages in Transit If a stick arrives damaged from shipping:

  1. Take photos of the box and the damage immediately.

  2. Contact us at crew@stct8r.com within 48 hours.

  3. Resolution: Since we cannot replace the item, we will either:

    • Arrange for a repair if the damage is functional/minor.

    • Issue a full refund upon return of the item if the damage is catastrophic.

Artistic Variance Each stct8r chassis is a hand-finished, one-of-a-kind art piece. Minor variations in finish, texture, or paint are intentional parts of the manufacturing process and the graffiti aesthetic. These are not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a handmade piece of art, not a mass-produced factory item.
